Join our guest speaker, consultant radiologist Dr Steve Colley as we look into recognising normal anatomy present on dental CBCT scans.
This CPD session will allow you to gain an understanding of common anatomy and anatomical variants found on dental CBCT scans and how these can be assessed, interpreted and reported on.
For those who are familiar with dental anatomy and CBCT interpretation, this CPD session will refresh your current knowledge.
Aims:
Recognise normal anatomical structures of the teeth, jaws and facial skeleton on CBCT
Understand the importance of 3-d reconstruction of facial structures to properly assess anatomy as part of normal reporting
Recognise common anatomical variants, and common pathology identified on CBCT studies of dento-alveolar and maxillofacial region.
This course is aimed at those involed with or have an interest in dental CBCT and dental anatomy.
